How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject Personal data deletion request. You can use the link below to prepare an email in your own email application.
Prepare deletion request emailThis action opens an email draft; it does not submit a request automatically. Your request reaches Swati Tech only when you send the email.
What to include in your request
To help us locate the relevant information, please provide:
- Your name and an email address associated with the communication or service.
- The Swati Tech website, product or service involved, if known.
- A short description of the information you want deleted.
- Whether the information belongs to a business account administered by your employer or another organization.
Do not send passwords, biometric records, identity card photographs or other highly sensitive documents in your first message. If identity verification is necessary, we will explain an appropriate next step.
What happens after you contact us
We will review the details of your message and may ask for limited additional information to establish that the request concerns you or that you are authorized to act for someone else. We will then assess whether Swati Tech holds the information and whether we are responsible for handling the request.
Where deletion is appropriate, we will explain the next steps. If another organization controls the relevant records, we may direct you to that organization or its administrator. The time required depends on the type of data, verification needs and any applicable legal or contractual obligations.
Data in client-managed products
Some Swati Tech products may be deployed or administered for businesses. If your attendance, identity, workforce or other records are managed by an employer, customer or service administrator, that organization may control the relevant data and the related deletion decision.
For these records, contacting your organization's account administrator may be the most direct route. You can still email Swati Tech for help identifying an appropriate contact or process.
When information may need to be retained
A deletion request does not always mean every record can be removed immediately. Certain information may need to be retained to meet a legal obligation, preserve records required under an agreement, resolve a dispute, or protect systems from abuse. Copies in backups may also follow separate retention cycles.
We will consider the nature of the information and the obligations relevant to the request, and explain any material limitations where appropriate.
Other privacy requests
If you want to ask what personal information may be held about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern, use the same contact address. For more context on the public website, read our Privacy Policy and Legal Information pages.
